1. do u propose jury system in all kind of cases ? (except intelictual property)
like IPC, CRPC all kind of cases ?
2. say, one of the accused charge in section 302, and all physical evidance exist, like his finger print and weapon, and jury want to release him , thn jury will be entital to do that ?
3.why we should nt make a age limit for jury ?
like above 25 will be juroar.

1. Agree

2. Jury are randomly selected and one Jury member has only one case. So, there is less chance of Jury being compromised or selling out than Judges. If 4 out of 12 jury members (25%) say a person is non-guilty, the accused will walk free.

There will be Jury in appellate courts also. So, the prosecution can appeal the cases. And above all, with help of TCP, citizens can overrule a bad decision of Jury (which will be much much rare than that in case of Judges)

3. I am fine with age of jury member from 20 years and above. Exact age will be decided by masses via TCP and via the public servants who will be authorised by the masses.
