Excellent quotes.

There are two excellent shlokas in Satyarth Prakash chap-6 page-1, which are both from Atharvaved. chap-6 of Satyarth Prakash is Raajdharma (good politics) and the first page puts foundation of Raajdharma. The first shloka says : Raajaa must be Prajaa-aadheen. And second shloka says "if Raajaa (Raajvarg) is not Prajaa-aadheen, then such a Raajaa (Raajvarg) , just as carnivorous animal eats other animals, would rob citizens and ruin the nation".

IOW, Prajaa-aadheen Raajaa is the key behind good politics. And how do you make Raajaa (Raajvarg) Prajaa-aadheen?

1. Right to Recall
2. RTI2
3. Imprisonment by Majority Voting
3. Execution by Majority Voting

(3) and (4) will not be invoked, they will act a good scare. RTI2 and RTR are sufficient.
